Booking Confirmation

Upon making an online booking, customers will receive confirmation via Email, SMS, or Call from Jannat Tours LLC within 30 minutes. The confirmation will include details of the booked tour/package.

Refund Policy

Once payment is made, refunds for last-minute cancellations are not permitted. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund.

Responsibility for Onboard Issues

Any issues arising during the tour must be brought to the attention of the concerned manager or owner immediately. Jannat Tours LLC holds no responsibility for onboard matters.

Advance Payment

All bookings require advance payment as per company policy. Payments can be made online via credit card or through bank deposit.

No-show Policy

In the event that a customer fails to attend the booked tour, no refund will be applicable.

Tour Postponement

The tour operator reserves the right to postpone the tour due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, guests are unable to cancel at the last minute.

Damages Responsibility

Guests will be held liable for any damages caused to the tour premises during their visit.

Identification Requirement

Guests must carry valid identification for verification purposes.

  • Residents must present their original ID card, Emirates ID, or driving license
  • Tourists must present their passport

Compliance with Company Policy

All customers are required to comply with Jannat Tours LLC’s policies, including the mandatory advance payment.
