Refunds

To be eligible for a refund you must contact us in advance at least 24 hours before your booked event in order to initiate a refund from our side.

You must provide proof of booking either through a bank transfer or a booking receipt.

Processing Time

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@jannat.ae.
